EVA

Another commonly used material is EVA, which is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the abbreviation of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate in English. Compared with PVC slippers, EVA slippers will be lighter and stronger, mainly wear-resistant and non-slip, and may not be as soft as PVC slippers, but the comfort is also very good. That is TPR material, the abbreviation of Thermo-Plastic-Rubber material in English. Slippers made of rubber may be softer than slippers made of PVC, but they will be slightly less abrasion-resistant, and generally speaking, the slip resistance will not be very high.

Another kind that may be heard by fewer people is linen slippers, which are made of plant fibers. In summer, linen slippers are definitely the first choice: good air absorption and air permeability, sweat absorption, fast heat dissipation and so on. It is a boon for people who have sweaty feet, athlete's foot, smelly feet, and fungus on feet. But linen slippers are not without disadvantages: they are not good in water, and they are easy to break if they touch water for a long time.
For people with skin allergies, linen slippers are better.





Anti-slip, anti-odor

For non-slip, if you pay more attention to this, you can choose PVC slippers. Slippers made of EVA are less slippery than PVC, but they are odor-resistant. The rubber material has poor anti-skid performance, and some other materials are added together, and the anti-skid property is not bad. Linen is not suitable for water, so it is out of the scope-but the slip resistance is definitely not bad.
